No. (Well, maybe, if it's actually considered INTEREST, and
it's on a business property, but it's usually called a
PENALTY, and it's probably on your home....)

Default property tax penalty deductible?

If I paid my 2002 property taxes in February 2003 (they were
due at the end of January 2003), is the interest/penalty
that was added to my tax bill also deductible from my
federal taxes?
