Thanx for the reply, it is an "Higher Eduction", so will try
for that

It looks to be an education to meet the minimum requirements
of the profession, and hence not deductible as a business
education expense. Whether the actual education expenses
qualify as "higher education expenses" is a separate
question....

I paid for my spouse's certification of USMLE (required for
to be Doctor in US), she took classes in Kaplan and paid
fees for certification board. can I claim the spending as
education expense
