There are lots of people on the Usenet who cancel trash
postings. However, (a) there is a delay between when they
are posted and when the cancelers notice them, during which
some people see them, and (b) some sites don't honor the
cancel messages and hence the trash postings persist there
even after they've been canceled.

I have no idea as to what this post is referring. I find
no posts from Terry Austin on my news server. Please note
that MTM has an unnamed Internet "hit man" who goes after
sociopaths who forge their way into here. So anytime you
find inappropriate posts, please inform me and I will
