You may have to download forms and pubs you need in the next
month from the IRS website, at least until they get their CD
act together. My prior experience has been that the first
release leaves out a lot of necessary forms or publications
(just when you need them) and you have to wait for the final
release. Delaying this until Early MARCH is unacceptable.
Unfortunately, I don't think Pub 1194 or Package X is any
more timely.
