So I had been filing my withholding deposits monthly, but
looking at the amounts, I realized I would qualify for
quarterly deposits (under $2500 per quarter).

I looked at this in late November, after filing my October
withholding (monthly.) I didn't pay a withholding deposit
for Nov.'s liability.

Now it's time to deposit November & December withholding
with my 941. I plan on just using the payment voucher with
the 941 form. I'm having second thoughts though...will the
IRS see my skipping quarterly deposits and give me a penalty
or will I be fine since I'm under the quarterly threshold
still?

Just want some opinions as to whether what I'm doing is
okay.
