Where are you physically located? Where will the company do
whatever it does? Will it have employees and if so, where
will they be located? Will it own or lease space on servers,
and if so, where will the servers be located? It's
impossible to answer your questions without more facts.

Default LLC Delaware and taxes ?

May be some of you can help me... regarding the taxes aspect
of my project.

I plan to run a webhosting company. To do that I hope to
incorporate the company in Delaware. Why? Because I'm a non
US resident and Delaware allows LLC creation with non US
resident, so ... This web company will have customers from
worldwild, even from USA.

Here are the questions:

If my company sells webspace to a US residant, will I have
to pay taxes ? Can I buy goods (like servers etc...) with my
company ? Is that true there is no taxes to pay for
non-tangible products (like webspace...) ?

Thanks for your answers,

Best Regards
