NO.....at least on the info you give. If you support your
mother and any of this might have been deductible, we need
more info, at least for advise on future such "gifts".

Not directly. Check the five rules for dependency in IRS
Publication 501. (If she qualifies as your dependent she is
also a qualifying person for Head of Household filing
status.)

No - gifts to individuals are not deductible from your
personal income tax.
