Yes and you must also answer the questions in Part III
at the bottom of the Schedule B.

Default Reporting capital gains/losses on foreign accounts

I'm a Resident Alien and I have foreign bank accounts and
hold stocks in them. Now my questions regarding capital
gains/losses on these stocks as I will not get any
notification for the US tax (like a 1099-B or a 1099-S). Do
I still have to report them on Schedule D (Form 1040)?

And the same question about Interest and Ordinary Dividends
that I get on my foreign bank account/stocks. Do I have to
report them on Schedule B even if I don't get any 1099-INT
or 1099-DIV Forms from my bank.

Thank you very much!
