I'd consider the one you didn't mention, a Roth IRA. It's
the only type where you don't have to take distributions
starting at age 70 1/2.

Default What Type of IRA to Open?

My wife and I are in our 60s and have the following types
of income:

1. pension
2. business
3. rental properties

I would like some advice on what type of IRA is appropriate.

I.E. Traditional IRA - Is pension income considered earned
income?

Self-employed/business - SEP-IRA, Self-Employed 401(k) or
SIMPLE IRA

Thanks in advance
