Change 1 for 2003, Mark.

Off the shelf software IS now eligible for 179, however in
house developed software not if I remember the instructor's
comments correctly.

It is if it is placed in service in a tax year beginning
after Dec. 31, 2002 and before Jan. 1, 2006.
