Default Inherited Property Step Up

If I inherit depreciable rental property from a relative I
know there is a step up in basis to the value at the date of
death. Does the section 1250 recapture pertaining to the
depreciation allowed on the property get wiped away at this
time or am I liable for it when I sell the property?
