The 13th thru 15th grafs of the Times-Dispatch story, perhaps?

Dick said the Fosters _tried_ to get a member of his wacko group
to represent him. Didn't say they _succeeded_ in doing so.

I did not suggest they were self-represented. The article
noted that the dummy tried to fire his attorney and to be
represented by a non-lawyer who knew the secret handshake of
some group.

The daughter negotiated a check for over $500,000. If you think
she did not know what was going on I have a bridge over the James
River to sell you. IMHO she knew she was slamin' the system and
the sentence she got was too light. But some folks at the IRS
should be charged with either misfeasance or malfeasance.

Concerning representation of the Guilty: The father was represented
by Thomas L. Johnson Jr. and his daughter was represented by David
Lassiter according to the Richmond Times Dispatch article. I cannot
see where the idea that they were self represented came from.

You didn't click on the url I gave, did you?

Serves them right. I'm glad the courts are finally getting
fed up with this bunk.

Check out tinyurl.com/sdhu. And I thank Stu Bronstein for
bringing tinyurl.com to my attention. It is awesome.

A few things I garnered from the article:
1. Another dummy telling a judge that the judge's court has
no jurisdiction over him. ROTFLMAO!

2. Another dummy trying to be represented by a non-attorney
who happens to be a proponent of the gibberish that got
the dummy in trouble in the first place.

3. 13 years in the slammer is a pretty stiff sentence. The
judge may have anticipated a lengthy appeals process.

4. The 37 month sentence to the daughter seems unfair if her
major problem was gullibility and undue unfluence from
her father.

With the Url I gave I was able to directly link the the
actual article. If I just gave the Timesdispatch.com url the
reader would have to hunt for the article. It was not a lead
story that could be easily found.

If you have a long url like this, you can condense it to
small size by going to http://tinyurl.com

The one above translates into http://tinyurl.com/sdhu
