I am just finishing my Year 2002 taxes. Not much income.
My 1040 is very simple.

I have an extension until oct 15th.

I know that there were some NEW tax breaks that this
administration announced..this year. My question is do any
relate to 2002 ?

Are there any new tax breaks for 2002 ?

Is there a web site that I can quickly look at and get an
indea of any NEW 2002 tax breaks that I may have missed ?
