We are using Lotus Organizer v 6.0. Each individual can have
their own calendar. Each individual (or a receptionist) can
create a calendar which includes everyone elses calendar as
a separate tab. Once the calendars are in the same "book"
you can then set all the individual calendars to "show
through" to the master calendar. I think you'd have a
problem identifying who belongs to which appointment on the
master, however.

We have a second package, PhoneSlips, which includes a
calendar module. Since PhoneSlips is designed to handle
multiple persons in one office, it might do the trick. We
don't use the calendar, we only use the phone module.
PhoneSlips is located in Arizona. Their phone number is
800-301-8698.

We use an online appointment solution from Microsoft
BCentral called Appointment Manager. Works great. All of
our clients schedule their own appointments over the
internet--although you could simply use it internally if you
wanted.

Default CALENDAR

I am looking for some software for a calendar (part of PIM).
I want to be able to have separate calendars for each
preparer and yet be able to combine all calendars into a
master calendar. I can't seem to find what I am looking
for. Anyone out there use a calendar like that and could
point me in the right direction?
