Forty thousand may be the maximum, but be aware that you

Default S corp owner contributions to SEP

If I am the sole owner of an S corp. and its sole employee
and I want to make a SEP for myself can I contribute the
full $40,000 (assuming a salary of $200,000) or am I
considered as Self-Employed person limited to the 20% of net
earnings?
