Default Sec 179 deductions

A C corp. has a Sec 179 deduction carry forward. The C
Corp. changed to a S Corp. Does the S Corp's shareholders
get the benefit of that Sec 179 carry-forward? If not, what
happens to that carryforward?

TIA
