You can only "enjoy" what you actually spend, max 10,000$.
It's not an automatic 10k! (grin)

Default Adoption Credit for TWO childern???

If I get TWO domestic adoptions (1 in 2003 and another in
2004), will I be able to enjoy the $10,000 tax credit for
each one (not in the same tax year of course). Or is it a
"one time/on child" kinda thing?
