Society of Enrolled Agents (NYSSEA) and the Director of the National
Association of Enrolled Agents; Steve Whitlock, Deputy Director of the Office
of Professional Responsibility for the IRS; Eve Elgin, Principal with KPMG LLP
in Washington DC and Bill Parish, ABA, ATP, ATA, founder of Tax Advantage.

WHO SHOULD WATCH:
Any practitioner whose practice is covered by Treasury Circular 230.
