The AMT tax rates did not change, so the answer is they
won't change from the 2002 form.

Can and will someone predict how the new tax law and rates
for 2003 impact AMT rates for 2003? In other words how will
the percentages used on form 6251 change from those shown in
the 2002 form 6251?

Excess IDCs are a preference item. See the instructions for
Line 25 of Form 6251.

I have significant ordinay and long term capital gains
income. I have intangible drilling costs to offset 100% of
this income. Does this trigger a Alt min scenario? Thanks
