If I was in my office right now I could tell you what I used several years ago, but hey even I don't go into the office on Saturday mornings in August! ![]() -- David M. Read the IRS Publications.> exam...Any pointers or hints? One of the questions on the 1997 exam in the partnership section was practically word-for-word one of the examples in the partnership publication! << -------------------------------------------------> << The Charter and the Guidelines for submitting > << messages to this newsgroup are at www.asktax.org > << -------------------------------------------------> |

As a Veteran of the Examination Wars, I can tell you with> September's exam...Any pointers or hints? certainty if you do not know the material cold from tax practice, you had better have studied excessively. It's too late for this year's EA exam, but does anyone know who of a vendor of EA Exam Preparation Software? I swear by Total Tape (Bisk Publishing) and MicroMash. Susan passed Parts I and II of the Certified Internal Auditor Exam in the first sitting and Part III in the second sitting. Part IV (Accounting) was giving her a fit. I got her the Prep Software for Part IV from MicroMash and she passed it in the next sitting.
