There are no charges for Ultra Tax support. Creative
Solutions other programs are a different matter.

I just got another bill for $15.00 for when I asked when
they would distribute the updated withholding tables for
7/1/03 :-( . They are really trying to get me to switch!

I am talking about Creative Solutions, Thompson.
Additionally, their web pages were silent about the ship
date for the 7/1/03 tax table changes. When I sent an email
to the web master to ask when that update would be
forthcoming they sent me a link to the IRS PDF table. Since
the timing of that change was tight I started to get
nervous. I did get a timely update CD but never was told
when to expect it. This software is not CHEAP. I expect
more.

What is it that you don't like about Ultratax support
policies?
