I don't see what they could be asking for, but I don't know anything about your LLC either. -- David M. | Need advice, or any help appreciated .... I have received a demand notice for payment form IRS for my LLC company which has been non-active for last two years (i.e. no activity/transaction). IRS has asked me pay Tax Balance (Withholding) with Penalty and Interest within 10 days otherwise matter may be reffered to county sheriff for collection. I wonder how IRS came up with Tax Balance figure because I did submit WH-1 showing zeros withholding for year 2001. However, I did not submit any WH-1 for year 2002. My question is do I still owe that money to IRS even though there was no activity under my company? What would be best response to this Demand Notice. Thanks in advance.
