They said I need to give TIN and fax the W8BEN. They said it
has something to do with the new payment technique or
something.

1. What is W8BEN?
2. I am not an American. I am not an American citizen. I do
not live in USA. I do not use American's public utility.
Why do I have to pay taxes to American government?
3. Why do they need W-8? I ask my friends that deal with
affiliates from USA and none of them ask for any
document. What's that have anything to do with the new
payment method? Does the new payment method require W-8?
Why?
4. What is the deadline for filing this W-8? I will have to
suspend promoting your sites untill this is clear. It
takes money to make money out from you. I need to ensure
I get paid without having to fullfill a strange acrobatic
requirement that's impossible to fullfill. A friend of
mine suggest that this is just a technique not to pay.
That isn't true right?
5. Why they suddenly want W-8?
6. I do not have a TIN. It seems that it may not be
necessary to put a TIN, so, will I still get paid if I do
not have a TIN?
7. Why do I owe tax to American government anyway? Do I? If
so, how much?
