| Hi all: I am having a problem after I tried upgrading my MS Money from 99 to 2001. The 2001 crashed on my machine (not during the install, just when trying to run it), so I reverted back to MS Money 99. Now, everytime I try to access one of my Investment accounts, for example Ameritrade, it gives me the following errors: Money would like you to confirm that your online setup information is correct before you continue to use Direct Statements or Direct Bill Payment. Click The Investment Offerings button and follow the instructions to update profile information for your financial institution. After clicking on OK, I get the following after a few minutes: The internet, banking or brokerage service could not process the request. Please try your call again later (BDS404). After tracing what the program was trying to do, I found it was trying to connect moneybds.msn.com with a Get request. Is this still a valid address? My online accounts was able to retrieve Direct Statements before attempting to upgrade my version of MS Money. I have tried removing MS Money completely (i.e. Add/Remove and even downloading a Registry Cleaner directly from Microsoft that cleans up old MS Money entries in the registry) and then reinstalling. I know the product is no longer supported, but any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks to all in advanced. --Frank |
