I had my first experience just yesterday with the "Unable to view downloaded
transactions issue".

I have been using Money 2002 for about two years and just recently upgraded
to Money 2004. Never had this problem until now.

Of course I searched this forum and tried the deleting internet cache files
(standard response) and running Money with the -s option, but none of that
worked.

After an hour or so of poking around I just switched my view to show
unaccepted transactions, and the elusive transaction showed up. The reason
it didn't show before, was due to some weird transaction matching where the
downloaded transaction was matched to a similar transaction from two months
earlier. It was always in the ledger, I just needed to scroll up the list
to the correct month.

To fix the issue, I had to manually correct, delete or enter the
transactions so everything matched with my Wells Fargo Online.

I turned off the auto-complete functionality by un-checking
Tools-> Options-> Editing Tab-> Use AutoComplete (which I think is more
annoying than useful, anyway). Hopefully that will help prevent this from
happening again.

I am having the same troubles with 2004. Only when I download new
transactions the program encounters errors and restarts.
