Default Entering a mortgage refinance in Money 04

I've recently refinanced my mortgage and can't seem to figure out the best
way to handle this in Money '04.

If I simply create the new mortgage and associate it with my home, the new
loan is created but the old mortgage still exists. I also don't see a way to
properly categorize the disbursements that are included in the mortgage,
like fees and property taxes.

I assumed that when I created a new mortgage I'd have a way to 'transfer'
funds from the new mortgage to the old and enter disbursements from the loan
until I reached the proper loan balance.

What's the best way to handle this transaction?

Thanks for any help!
Ken
