| Error in downloading statement to Money 2004 I am no longer able to download statements from my bank. I receive the following message: The Managed Software Installer failed to install the program associated with this file. Contact your system administrator. Then when I click ok the following error appears: Access to the specified device, path, or file is denied. I am a newbie wih Money 2004. I used the 98 version with no problems until my bank no longer supported that version. Can someone help me? Thanks in advance. |
