 Money 2004 deluxe: d/loaded transactions always marked as reconciled! I'm having exactly the same problem. In my case it is only with a particular citibank credit card account. I have only seen the problem since upgrading to 2004 Deluxe. Look in the Options menu and un-check the option that tells Money to mark downloaded transactions as Reconciled automatically. "Alexander L. All my downloaded transactions for AMEX are marked by Money as reconciled. This makes balancing against the paper bill a sheer nightmare.
