| I'm having exactly the same problem. In my case it is only with a particular citibank credit card account. I have only seen the problem since upgrading to 2004 Deluxe. I don't believe it is an options issue since both of us experience it only on a single account (I download transactions for several accounts with no problem) I hope someone out there can help! - quote - > -----Original Message----- > Hello everyone - I'm experiencing some screw-up for the last 2 months. | Look in the Options menu and un-check the option that tells Money to mark downloaded transactions as Reconciled automatically. "Alexander L. | Hello everyone - I'm experiencing some screw-up for the last 2 months. All my downloaded transactions for AMEX are marked by Money as reconciled. This makes balancing against the paper bill a sheer nightmare. This only happens for one account: other credit card accounts seem to be working fine. I wonder if anyone knows how to fix this. I doubt it is a data problem - that would mean that anyone would experience it. So it must be some screw-up in my Money setup... Thanks in advance, -- Alexander L.
