Glad we could help and thanks for the feedback. I don't think either of the
emails are good directly; I also know that both of us would much prefer to
help in the newsgroup where lurkers and users of the archive benefit.

My hat is off to both of you! Can I save your personal
emails as noted on your response for future reference,
and will those get to you?

I determine whether this works. Could you check back
either late today or tomorrow and see whether this worked?

Thanks very much for your help.

It does?

I would try this:

Close Money

In Internet Explorer delete your browser temporary files with
Tools-> InternetOptions-> DeleteFiles.

Then open Money with Start-> Run and entering
"msmoney -s" without the quotes into the box.

There is a planned (and executed) intertwining of Money with IE.

if you are running XP. Also, I don't understand what the
internet and HTML has to do with the Help topics, as I am
not trying to access the web help but just what is
presumably in the program on my hard drive. ??

Default Help Index

When I try to access the Help topics in Money 2002
Deluxe, I now get an error entitled "Unable to load
topic." The last time I tried to access the Help menu, I
did not have this problem. I am running Windows XP.

Any ideas?

Thanks.
