| If either of you would like to call me - I can tell you how I've been doing this. It was working really well for management of my own properties and managing properties for others, UNTIL I STARTED COLLECTING RENT. I use invoices to generate bills for the management fee and to collect reimbursible expenses. When creating an invoice, there's no way that I know of to associate an invoice line item to a property. | I am currently using MS Money 2003, I do not mind upgrading to Money 2004 if I need to. I have not been able to figure out a good way to set up rental / investment properties in this application. Does anyone have any good tips or ideas on ho to do this? Thank you in advance for the help. Frank |
