Money has grabbed the association for QIF file types. You need to go into My
Computer > Tools > Folder Options > File Types and reset the options for QIF
files to Quicken.

BTW Money 2002 is not new - it came out in year 2000. If things happen as
normal MS will be producing M2005 anytime now.
