Default Re: Restoring a backup

Because I had upgraded my PDA/Cell phone (Siemens SX56)
from Pocket PC 2002 to Pocket PC 2003. When I did that,
Money 2002 would no longer work on it, so I had to
upgrade to Money 2004. Awhile ago I started having
problems with the pda/phone so they replaced it for me
but the new one had Pocket PC 2002 & the upgrade to
Pocket PC 2003 is no longer available because it creates
more problems than it's worth with the Siemens SX56. So
I'm stuck going back to 2002 if I want to sync with my
pda/phone.

Default Restoring a backup

I had to uninstall Money 2004 & reinstall Money 2002.
Now when I want to restore the 2004 backup, 2002 says I
need to enter a password. I have never set up a
password, ever, ever. Is there some default password on
backups or what? HELP!!!
