You could enter them as a $0 strike price employee option.

Default Restricted Stock

I would like to enter restricted stock i received from my
company. The stock vests over 4 years and are immediately
available to sell. These are not stock options. I do not
have to buy them when they vest, they are mine to keep or
sell. I have not found a way to record this in Money.
All I find is regular stock entries or stock options. Is
there a way to recorded restricted stock?
