Default Re: Problem with loaded transaction data

To close this loop:

I couldn't figure out a real solution, so I deleted the one remaining
problem account and recreated it from scratch. Now it works fine.

Fortunately I only had maybe 20 transactions that were older than the bank
provided via download. If this had been an older account with hundreds of
transactions, or if some of those transactions had been reimbursable
expenses tied to invoices I'd have been toast apparently... In that case it
isn't clear what I'd have done.

In the end though, it appears to have all worked out.

Thank you, that helped somewhat.

Now I'm down to 20 hidden downloaded transactions, so at least some of them
went away.

Another credit card that had the problem is now entirely fixed, but this one
is still problematic.

Any other ideas?

Thank you,

Close Money

In Internet Explorer delete your browser temporary files with
Tools-> InternetOptions-> DeleteFiles.

Then open Money with Start-> Run and entering
"msmoney -s" without the quotes into the box.

Default Problem with loaded transaction data

In the past week I've all of a sudden had problems with downloaded
transactions. The problem is that the transactions download, but aren't
visible.

For instance, one credit card shows that I have 38 downloaded transactions
to review. None of them appear in the transaction listing. The reason it is
38 is that I've tried twice to download the transactions from the bank -
there are just 19, but it apparently has them hidden away somewhere in
duplicate now.

I tried repairing my money file, but that didn't have any impact on the
situation.

Any suggestions are most welcome!
