| Maybe this "answers" the question I've had -- I've been having a problem putting scheduled bills into the budget... because they then screw up cashflow by appearing as budget items *and* scheduled bills. Is this a known bug? If I am mis-understanding Eric's post... is there a way around the problem I describe here? I'm using 2003. Thanks! |

| In a similar vein, MS2004 did not fix the budget problem in which two scheduled paychecks (for example) that do not overlap in time (i.e., scheduled paycheck #1 is for the period Jan - June and scheduled paycheck #2 is for July - December) but are reflected in the budget like they both run for the entire year. | I was very disappointed to see the duplicate budget item bug still in Money 2004 Deluxe. Maybe I need to create a new file and copy/paste all transactions to fix it, but I was (probably naively) hoping it would just go away. Specifically, I have 2 duplicate budget items that were added to my budget automatically because they were a-pays at one point, long since stopped and deleted in the "Bills" section however. No way to delete them from the budget, though...only "Add" and "Edit..." are available as options. So, the entire budgeting area of Money is unuseable for me...bummer. Makes me want to switch back to Quicken and just deal with the advertisements. |
