I have Ultrasoft Money V2.4.5 on my handspring visor (also
works on PALM) which works really well with Money 2001.
No need to update Money if you don't want to.

What version PPC do you have? You may have a comaptible version of
Money for Pocket PC on the ActiveSync disk that came with it.
