| There's only 1 Money file above Exit; and when I click on it, the same screen asking me to type in my password. I tried to restore a backup file, but it's also the same screen that asking me for password. When I type in the correct password the same message box pops up. Please Help. This problem exists for over a week and I'm very frustrated not able to access my financial information. Thanks a lot!!! | After you receive that message, click on the File menu and look at the list of Most Recently Used files above Exit. Usually in a situation like this, the 2nd one on the list is most likely to be your file, but you could try each of them until you find it. You could also do a search for all .mny files or restore from a backup since it sounds like you just got in the wrong file. | Recently I have problem signing in with my .net passport account. I've been using the same email to sign-in and it was fine. But all of a sudden after I backed up my file 3 days ago, closed the program, and re-opened it later that day, this message started to pop up: "The sign-in name you entered is not associated with this file. Please enter the correct sign-in name or open another file." Is there anyway to fix this? or how can I get around this and use another .net passport account if it possible? Thanks if anyone could help as I really need to get my financial information!! |
