| Yeah. Just got Money 2004. Never used it before, so I have no experience with downloading any financial info into it from anywhere. But, it sounds like you're actually connecting. I don't think I am at all. I think it has to be a money issue and not a TD Waterhouse issue. - quote - > -----Original Message----- > In microsoft.public.money, Marcus wrote: > > At the "Log On To TD Waterhouse Securities" page in > > Money, I type in my User ID and default password (which I > > verified 3 times already with TD Waterhouse), and I am > > immeadiately presented with a windo indicating that TD > > Waterhouse is requesting that I change my password to a > > new one and confirm it. And if I am able to get the pricing and add it to my product list what a time saver for me. | At the "Log On To TD Waterhouse Securities" page in Money, I type in my User ID and default password (which I verified 3 times already with TD Waterhouse), and I am immeadiately presented with a windo indicating that TD Waterhouse is requesting that I change my password to a new one and confirm it. I do so (tried all different passwords in case I was violating some password format rule), and I see a "call progress" window and then the following error: "money was unable to build your outgoing request because an internal error occurred. please try your call again. if the problem persists, call microsoft technical support." I been on the phone with MS technical support and TD Waterhouse -- no solution yet. Any suggestions? TIA. Please email your suggestion to me. |
