I think otherwise.

Yeah. Just got Money 2004. Never used it before, so I
have no experience with downloading any financial info
into it from anywhere. But, it sounds like you're
actually connecting. I don't think I am at all. I think
it has to be a money issue and not a TD Waterhouse issue.

New to downloading there? I was wondering because you are getting a
different symptom from me.

I got "Waterhouse Securities:
Please verify that your user information and password are correct,
then try your call again." last night and this morning.

Perhaps they will fix this particular thing over the weekend.

What is TD Warehouse? The reason I ask is I am a reseller of computer
Hardware and I use a company called TechData as my warehouse were I receive
my components? And if I am able to get the pricing and add it to my product
list what a time saver for me.

Default Money 2004 and TD Waterhouse Securities

At the "Log On To TD Waterhouse Securities" page in
Money, I type in my User ID and default password (which I
verified 3 times already with TD Waterhouse), and I am
immeadiately presented with a windo indicating that TD
Waterhouse is requesting that I change my password to a
new one and confirm it. I do so (tried all different
passwords in case I was violating some password format
rule), and I see a "call progress" window and then the
following error:

"money was unable to build your outgoing request because
an internal error occurred. please try your call again.
if the problem persists, call microsoft technical
support."

I been on the phone with MS technical support and TD
Waterhouse -- no solution yet.

Any suggestions?

TIA. Please email your suggestion to me.
