Default Re: Credits showing up as Charges

I've had the same problem.

I've "fixed" the account a few times, but it continues to
reset back to the inproper totals even if I don't
download new data. My accounts are set up correctly, and
I've even manually entered info a few times.

Any thoughts?

Speaking as someone who has 35,000+ split elements and has never downloaded
a single transaction, I can say that "forever" is a rash overstatement.

Well, since you refuse to try some alternate to just accepting the
potentially crap data your financial institution is sending, I'm not sure
what else you want to try. Are you suggesting that there's some generic
problem with Money? Have you confirmed that the account is set to the
correct type?

This seems odd. 300+500 != 200.

Whatever Money says you owe is irrelevant to what you really owe.

1) Check you credit card account details screen. Does is say the account type = credit?

there is a way to solve this problem. When ever i make a

it adds the amount to the "You Owe " Total. Any one

ow thousands of $ after every payment to the credit

Don't download transaction data?
