| Haven't heard from anyone yet. Any takers know how to filter out bogus info like dates from the 'payee' line so that Money auto-categorizes based on the rest of the information? I'm using Bank of America, and am exporting a statement that has lines which start with a date, and apparently causes Money to think every single entry is a unique vendor. 03/05 AT Some Vendor A 03/07 AT Some Vendor B 03/08 AT Some Vendor A 03/15 AT Some Vendor C Money would import these, and think the 03/05 and 03/08 entries for "Some Vendor A" were different entries. Is there some way to filter these dates out so Money sees these as the same vendor? |

| I apologize if this has already been answered - I'm new to Money 2004. I'm using Bank of America, and downloading data as the QTX file format. The problem is the payee info shows up like: 03/04 AT COSTCO Where a date and the word "AT" is always at the beginning. Because of this, Money seems to think every single transaction is a different payee. The filters don't seem to allow for regular expressions which would make this trivial to exclude. Is there some workaround? |
