MT2OFX V3 can do what you need. It can read Postbank files and convert
them to QIF, OFC or OFX as you require. Check out http://www.mt2ofx.tk/
for more information! Reading files other than MT940 is new in version 3
so make sure you read the right pages. I'll be updating the website
properly in the next few days!

There is some information on converting into a format that Money can read

I have no idea about the postbank bank statements, and what format you get
them in, but your detective work can start here.
