Default Re: split information lost on epay bills

Are you choosing "Edit-> Single Occurrence", changing the split information
(which should then change the total automatically), and then pressing "OK"
to save your changes PRIOR to choosing "Pay Online"? Or, are you choosing
"Pay Online", making your split changes, and then choosing "Save as Draft"?
If you're doing the latter instead of the former, I think that's where the
problem lies.

Default split information lost on epay bills

Does anyone else have this problem in M2003?

I go to the bills screen to pay a utility bill. The bill is a split, so I
edit a single bill occurrence and adjust the total and the split information
to what I owe that particular month. The bill is an e-pay, so I save it as a
draft. When I go to the account where the bill is paid from, the total is
correct, but the changes I have made to the splits are lost and there is an
unassigned amount.

Thanks.
