| It's probably time to move to a newer version. Search for ALC<402c> in the newsgroup "microsoft.public.money" at http://groups.google.com. This has been discussed before, but I don't think the news was good. warning message that says "You have previously postponed balancing theready to continue balancing I went to Tools/Balance Account and got a account. If you entered a service charge or interest amount last, you can't change them here. You can change them later in the Account Book window. I clicked "OK" but it still would not allow me to continue. I went back to my Account Book and deleted the service charge and interest owned amounts. However, now the amounts shown on Service Charge and Interest Earned areas read as "ALC<402c> ". I can clear this off and put the correct amount in the Service Charge area but cannot get to the Interest Earned area as it has now become a gray area. Please help me!!! |
