| It is not a good idea to delete Cookies because you will lose some site customizing that uses cookies. Use an antispy program to ger rid of the worse offenders. I think only the IE temp files need to be deleted because Money uses this and not cookies. Also there is a 1 yr limitation to auto account download / update and stock price updates with the Standard Edition. 3yrs with Deluxe version. Maybe that's the problem? | I cleaned out my browser cache and this solved the problem of not being able to use active statements. This is retarded. | I have been having this problem for some time now as well. It never shows an error, however, if you try to download the active statement (mine is from wells fargo) the window appears for a second, and then disappears and never puts the transactions into money...I am using money 2004. I have seen this problem come and go over the 5 months I have owned this software. I wish they would fix the stupid software, and leave it alone in this area! That KB Q312814 has nothing to do with our problems. We do not receive any error messages at all. I think in the time I have owned money, this has not worked most of the time. | I have the same problem. I have tryed to download statements at different times and I still have the same problem. I haven't been able to Download since May 14, If that helps.
