| Did you set the option for interest calculation on the day the bank receives the payment or on the same time each month? | After making a few extra principal payments the amortization schedule for my mortgage is out of whack. Instead of progressively increasing principal amounts and progressively decreasing interest payments, they go up and down, month to month. I tried re-doing the loan terms, and it corrects for the new loan terms, but when I go back to the correct loan terms the same errors occur. Anyone had this problem. It occurred with 2002 Standard and now 2004 deluxe. |
