If you did that, the Account List would show the mortgage account under Asset Accounts. Unlikely, but I thought it worth checking. |

| I want to set up a Mortgage account so that when I enter the deduction in my Checking account it will decrease the remaining balance of my mortgage. When I followed the wizard to do this, and entered my deduction in my checking account, it would Increase the balance on my home loan. What am I doing wrong? |
