The Watch account is not an account to hold actual investments you own. It's
an account to associate with investments you typically don't own, but what
to track performance of.

The 'investments to watch' account isn't counted in summing up the portfolio
value. This is because it is a watch account. Either don't use it as a watch
account, or move the investments inside it to another investment account
which doesn't have the 'watch' checkbox checked.
