| I checked my account and see one downloaded on Feb 23 for $100. Check the balance shown in the upper left with the balance shown in the lower right of the screen. They must be the same. If not, you are missing 1 or more transactions. arthur -- On Sat, 22 May 2004 10:33:31 -0400, Retired Coal Miner wrote: - quote - > I keep seeing these DC issues being mentioned, bit my DC download is > working OK, ... although I'm now watching it closely. > One exception though. I 'transferred' a rebate into my DC account (via their website) three weeks ago, but it hasn't downloaded yet. | I replied to their reply with a Google pointer to this NG and telling them to search on "Discover". An older Discover thread, still active, says that Quicken also has DC problems. arthur -- On Fri, 21 May 2004 05:04:42 GMT, Arthur <no.body.lives.here[at]xoxy.netwrote: - quote - > I sent an email to DC from their site and received a "we are sorry... > try it again" reply. | Alex, my Mny03 DC account was online updated with 2 new transactions today dated 5/17 & 5/18 so I think our problems are different even though you too are missing updates. By account balance, do you mean the true DC balance which in Mny03 is displayed in the upper left screen corner. That is what alerted me to the original problem. I sent an email to DC from their site and received a "we are sorry... try it again" reply. Not worth my time to convince them it may be their problem. Your problem sounds like it may be 2 problems or what I would call, "it stopped working as designed". I also have a bank transaction skip problem with MM-checking transfers and retail merchant ATM transactions but these are rare too. I always uncheck the Update Money box in an attempt at keeping MS changes out of my software unless (and until) it is deemed mandatory. So, which end has the problem? ![]() arthur ---- On Thu, 20 May 2004 13:05:04 -0700, "Alex" wrote: - quote - > I have the same problem. | I have the same problem. It started about April 20th and since May 7th it didn't import a single transaction. It keeps a correct account balace though. There are no transmition errors reported. I have Money 2004 Premium (Version 12.0 Update 1). | I see several different sounding DC problems so I am starting this one for my specific problem: Mny03 Dlx - DC Update skips transactions. My theory is that it is a DC problem related to out of date sequence transactions. By this I mean a post dated transaction, eg a new transaction with a date older than current transactions. The CD site does not support manual download of .qif files so one must manually add the missing transactions. I think this is a new problem. arthur |
