Maybe.

Your D: drive is a floppy or some other removable media device (Zip. Jaz,
USB Flash Key, CF card, etc) with a regular file system (FAT, FAT32, NTFS)?

I'm betting it's not. I'm betting it's a writable CD or DVD. If so, see
