Default Re: Discovercard locked out

Contacted DiscoverCard, according to their web services rep:

The inability to D/L statement information is a Discovercard
problem...something to do with their servers not recognizing anyone.

The lockout is a feature with MS Money, it lasts for 24 hours based on your
system clock.

I'll post back tomorrow with the results.

Default Discovercard locked out

Dear NG:

Win XP Pro w/latest Windows Updates.
MS Money 2004

Attempted to D/L statement info this morning through Money but was told that
I had the wrong password. I manually typed the password, tried a couple of
more times but was then locked out...

"You have tried too many invalid passwords or PINs for this account. Please
call the Customer Support number for your financial institution, listed in
the Contact Information place in the Online area."

I CAN access my account through the DiscoverCard website without any
problem. I CANNOT access it through Money.

Tried uninstalling Money and reinstalling to a new location.

Tried changing Discovercard website password.

Tried emptying Temporary Internet Files / Temp files

I see a couple of other people have had this problem lately but I don't see
any solutions posted.

I'll try Discovercard Customer Support and post back.

I'm growing weary of wasting my Sunday morning fixing problems that weren't
broken to begin with.
